About Us
Who We Are
EBISU Document Processes Services (EBISU Services) was established in 2019 as a telecommunications services provider serving Cebu, Dumaguete, and the wider Visayas region.
The company is owned by Jerson M. Biliran, with the support of Ariel Mosquida, and was co-founded by Dr. Kazu Komoda and Mrs. Emely Jane Komoda, Japanese citizens who own businesses in Japan and in the Philippines.
As a growing player in the telecommunications industry, EBISU is managed by a team of personnel who are already experts in the field, supported by the company's institutional vision, mission, culture, and values.
